These apps were created to empower people to track their bladder health in conjunction with their healthcare providers.
Bladder Diary - This is used to track fluid intake, urine output, urinary leakage, and incontinence pad changes. You may also take notes here on your bladder health. Containers to measure output can be obtained at your healthcare provider's office or local drug store. Measurements are listed in milliliters (ml). One ounce = 30 ml.
AUA Symptom Score - This is a questionnaire designed to help men assess their urinary symptoms and response to therapy.
PSA Tracker – PSA (prostate specific antigen) is a blood test that is used to screen for prostate cancer and monitor response to prostate cancer therapy. The tracker has a table and graph format to keep track of your PSA values.
